| ADMISSIONS CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR OUR NEWSLETTER!Admissions Policy Every prospective student must submit a completed Registration Form, which can be done by downloading the pdf file and mailing it to the address found on the form. Students can also come to our office and enroll in person or over the phone. If a class or lecture is filled you will be notified before the commencement of the class or lecture. Enrollment A one time, non-refundable Registration Fee of $40 is required. (Lectures do not require registration fee.) Since space is limited, students who have been accepted to Entertainment Art Academy, will be enrolled on a first come, first serve basis based on when their completed Registration Form is received. Registration is all year round, however, new terms begin three times a year. Projected Enrollment for Each Term Entertainment Art Academy enrolls a maximum of 20 students per class, per term. Lectures will be decided closer to the date of the lecture. Kids and teen classes will not go beyond 15 students except for “Portfolio Development” which is 20 students. Tuition Refund Policy
There is no refund on registration fees. Student Absence Policy Anyone who misses up to three class meetings within a term may make them up within that same term by sitting in another class, space permitting. EAA is not responsible for giving refund, credit or transfer for workshops or classes missed as a result from student emergencies or other events out of our control. Substitution Policy EAA reserves the right to provide adequate substitution for any instructor that must be absent from a course because of personal or professional changes in schedule. Discount Friend or Sibling enrolled at same time as initial student receive a 10% discount. This discount only pertains to 13 weeks classes. COURSES AT A GLANCE The Winter term at Entertainment Art Academy is 11 weeks. Classes start Monday, January 7th and end Saturday March 24th. To view online classes please click here.
